Belly rubs, please?-🐕 . . . 🙋‍♀️ No eyes? No problem! Maggie doesn’t need eyes to still give you those beautiful puppy dog eyes! She knows how to pull at your heart strings and get what she wants! So today we have nothing to report, nothing particularly exciting going on but tomorrow is another story! I guarantee you will want to check on Maggie’s feed tomorrow. You know Maggie is very high on the scale of cuteness but tomorrow’s post may just break that scale. I know I sound like I’m hyping this up way to much but I’m really not! Now that I have relentlessly teased you, I’m going to go and feed Maggie and her sisters but I’ll see you back here same time tomorrow, okay? . . . #cuddleme #cuddle #hugsmakeeverythingbetter #lovemelovemydog #lovealldogs #fortheloveofpets #fortheloveofdogs #dogsarelife #dogsarefamily #dogsmakemehappy #dogsmakemesmile #allyouneedisloveandadog #allyouneedislove #happydoggo #happypups #happypuppies #happypupper #bemoremaggie #happypuppy #happydogs #happydoggie #blind #cutestdogever

If you didn’t instantly smile when you saw my face then you might be broken.-🐕 . . . 🙋‍♀️ Look at that beautiful ray of sunshine, doesn’t she make you feel happy? She’s still in the dreaded cone but look at that smile! Have you ever seen a dog looking so happy? Yes she’s still got to wear her cone but nothing is going to stop her from being beautiful, looking fabulous or being a joyful ray of sunshine that we have all come to know and love! This week #bemoremaggie is all about finding the silver lining in the most difficult of situations. Nearly two years ago she was homeless and abused, used as target practice and wandering the streets blind and alone. Now she’s running around a sunflower field in a giant sunflower with a smile almost as big as her ear! Things can get better but half of the battle is getting into a positive mindset.🌻 . . . #disableddogs #disableddog #disableddogsofinstagram #disabledandcute #specialneedsdog #specialneedsdogsofinstagram #specialneedsdogs #rescuedogsofinstagram #rescuedogsofig #rescuedogsofinsta #rescuedogsrule #dogsoflove #adoptdontshop #cutedogs #cutedogsofig #cutedogofinstagram #cutedogsofinsta #sunflower

🙋‍♀️ So yesterday I posted in our stories to ask us questions about Maggie’s disabilities and I would answer them. That was the plan until I received more messages than I ever have done! There was no way I’d be able to answer even a fraction of them in one post so I thought instead what I’d do is go through a few in our stories and do a longer video all about her disability. For our post today I’d like to talk about our adventure to Hove Park this afternoon. As we all know Maggie is a very capable and confident young lady. She stands tall and holds her head up proud, unphased by the chaos of the world around her. So today, like most days we went to the park which was packed full of people. It was just Maggie and I, her sisters I had left at home. As we walk around the park people seem to always react the same. Someone will notice her then nudge their friends and say “look at that dog, I think it’s blind” then you can hear them debating and it’s always the same, a mixture or variation of the following comments.... •“it can’t be blind, it’s walking off lead” •”how sad, wouldn’t it be kinder to put down” •”maybe it’s got one of its eyes, otherwise it’d walk into things” •”why is it missing an ear, poor thing” Most people are sympathetic. Even the comments about eauthansia, I know realise come from a place of compassion. They feel that it must be difficult for a dog that can’t see and do feel that the kinder thing to do would be to “put her out of her misery” I understand that these people haven’t met Maggie do couldn’t possibly understand the joy she finds in her life, so I try not to allow those kinds of comments get to me. Instead I always try to stop and talk to these strangers. I’ll explain that she is blind, that she lost her eyes and ear after being shot, that she is a rescue but most importantly...I always explain that she is happy. I don’t actually have to voice it in words though as Maggie’s personality wins them over as she wacks them repeatedly with her waggy tail! CONTINUED IN THE COMMENTS

Meet my sister Mishka!-🐕 . . . 🙋‍♀️ Hi friend! So many of you already know @milliethewunderdog because of her shocking looks and most of you probably know Mishka from our stories but if you don’t let me introduce you to the original WunderDog! Mishka came to me two years ago as a rescue. Things didn’t work out with her first family and they were looking to rehome her. She was only a year old and was full of energy and under stimulated. She spent most of her days in a crate so developed some pretty extreme behavioural issues. I took her on as back then I was obsessed by her breed (an Alaskan Klee Kai) and I had the love she needed and the experience to train her. But not long after Mishka arrived a foster dog named Angie arrived, quickly she was adopted and we changed her name to maggie! Mishka and Mags were not instant friends it took time for their relationship to build but it quickly did and now they love each other unconditionally. Mishka is very different from her sisters. She doesn’t like the limelight and is happiest when walking in the countryside. She’s more aloof with strangers and can get easily frustrated in social situations that Maggie and Millie excel in. Mishka is incredibly smart and can do every trick imaginable. She loves to train, is excellent at playing fetch and lives for agility. Unlike her sisters she despises clothes and the most I can get on her is a bandana. She is quite the tomboy and a faithful protector of our home and her siblings. Mishka is our mini house wolf and is often mistaken for a husky puppy, despite now being three years old! She’s helped me foster countless dogs, been my right hand man when running my business, and is my faithful companion always ready for adventures. . . . #akk #alaskankleekai #alaskankleekais #alaskankleekaiofinstagram #alaskankleekailover #alaskankleekaipuppy #kleekai #kleekaisofinstagram #kleekaination #kleekaipuppy #kleekaiaddicted #kleekaiofinstagram #pomsky #pomskypuppy #pomskysofinstagram #pomskylife #pomskynation #pomskylove #pomskiesofinstagram #pomskylife #pomskies #huskynation #bemoremaggie

After the year we’ve had I think the whole world could use a hug!-🐕 @maggiethewunderdog . . . 🙋‍♀️Hi friend it’s time for another life lesson from Queen Maggie and today I just want you to know that sometimes things go wrong but that’s okay, you just need to dust yourself off and keep trying. What better example for this than the year of 2020! We started the year off with killer wasps and it seems to have gotten progressively worse. Sometimes it would be easier to just give up and resign to being a hermit who hates the world and everyone in it. It’s okay to feel annoyed and disheartened but try your hardest to move past those feelings and find the positives. Try to #bemoremaggie she suffered so much in her short years. Her heart could have become as dark as her world did that day she lost her sight. Easily she could have given up and filled her heart with hate and anger, no one would’ve blamed her if she had. But she didn’t.. Maggie never gave up! She found a way to love again, to find the positives in life. She kept trying and learned to keep going. Now she’s indestructible! Of course, she didn’t do it on her own! She needed the support and kindness of the people in her life to help her become the Queen we love today! So in a “pay it forward” way we want to spread a little love your way. It’s impossible to feel down when looking at an adorable little munchkin like Maggie moo. So spread the kindness further and reach out to your friends and family. Wether they are back at work or stuck at home, feeling isolated are their families drive them crazy. Just reach out and send them a cute puppy pic so they know you care! . . . #pawsitivevibes #pawsitivity #pawsitive #dogsofig #dogsofinsta #dogsofinstaworld #dogsofcalifornia #dogsofla #dogsoflondon #cutedogs #cutepuppies #cutepupper #cutepuppiesinstagram #olddogsofinstagram #spreadthelove #payitforward #loveislove #rescuedogsofig #rescuedogsrock #rescuedogsofinsta #brightondogs #dogsofbrighton #blinddogsofinstagram

. . . 🙋‍♀️ Hi friends! It’s Sunday night, here in the UK and the girls and I have had an amazing weekend! Pre lockdown seeing friends on a dog walk would be a very ordinary thing, post lockdown seeing people again is like going to Disneyland! We’ve got a busy week ahead of us but I’m pleased to report the the furbos and I had a great weekend and are feeling recharged for the day ahead! Sending you lots of love and positivity so that your Monday starts perfectly tomorrow! ❤️ . . . . #disableddogs #disableddog #disableddogsofinstagram #disabledpets #disabledpet #specialneeds #specialneedsdog #specialneedsdog #specialneedspets #bemoremaggie #dogsthatadventure #dogsthathike #dogsthattravel #dogsthatexplore #dogsthatclimb #dogsonadventures #dogsonadventure #dogsthatcamp #adventuredog #adventuredognation #adventuredogofficial #adventuredogs #adventuredogsofficial

Name this film!-🐕 . . . 🙋‍♀️it’s #maggiesmoviemondays Can you name this film? I did have a video of Maggie beating up the clown in an alternate ending that we all would love to see BUT... I accidentally deleted like the dumbo that I am! So instead you’ll have to just imagine adorable Maggie, in her yellow raincoat, tearing up a paper clown I made. It’s just as stupid as it sounds but she had fun! Mags loves to tear up paper. So much so that she can’t be trusted around any paper documents as she will rip them to shreds. . . . #dogsofbark #dogsoflondon #dogsofuk #dogsoflove #londondog #londondogs #dogsofgreatbritain #it #halloweencostumeideas #dogloversunite #dogloversofig #dogloversonly #cutedoggos #cutedogpics #cutedoggy #cutedogsofig #cutedoggie #cutedogsofinstagram #cutedoggo #cutedoggies #cutedogsofinsta #cutedogsdaily #cutestdogs #cutestdogever #cutestdogs #bemoremaggie #cutestdog
